Gaelic Storm is an Irish band based in
Southern California. For years they played at O'Brien's Pub in
Santa Monica and at Irish festivals. Eventually a talent scout
heard them and they were cast as the steerage band in the film
"Titanic". Virtually all of my students have seen the film, and
they hear the music often, as I have a great deal of it in the MP3 file
that I play for my students during labs.
